Like many of my reported glitches, this one might also be isolated to me or a few people:
The Escape PQ counter sometimes places you at 10 prematurely, that, or Keys disappear from one's inventory sometime during the PQ. But the best answer is that the PQ locks down at 8. I got up to 8 PQs yesterday and 8 PQs today when I was barred from entering. Guildmate also reports 8 then lock from yesterday. I don't think my Keys are disappearing.
