Purplefire44 and Kajitii are rather close to getting all the champs. Purplefire did buy some rp, but I don't think he spent them all on champions. I don't think Kajitii has as many champions as purp but he does have like 9 full rune pages, that noob

Get a tank you boob. If you like outlaning people I'd say pick Cho'Gath (well, he doesn't really outharass, but he sure can lane forever...), Garen (okay fine, he's not a tank, more like an offtank, but oh god his early game...)
If you really want another AP carry just pick LeBlanc, she's easily the #1 pre-6 champ. Heck you could probably get a kill per level if you play aggressively enough. Only thing, though, even with 10+ kills, her late game is so terribly it's not even funny.
