Also my level 120 Wind Archer got 3 SP left after spending the total (normal) amount of points (61/121/151). These last 3 points are not spendable though as I get the error that I didn't put all SP in tier 1 or 2 yet.
Perhaps upon advancing to the 4th Cygnus job (that last level 120 advancement after the Black Witch) it gave you 3 SP?
