can someone explain me the effect of that item you can buy with the goddess tears? the one that says gives a different color effect to your weapon?

At certain +X enhancements, you get glows on your weapons

+7-9 is blue
+10-12 is a bigger blue aura
+13 is a red aura

I think 14 and 15 are red too. That glow basically replaces it i think.
