LOL, this would be even better if they made you go to a Marriage Counselor NPC and you had to sit through 4 short answer sessions to "try to work things out". Then they could add a new profession LAWYER and you could help divide the assets acquired unless of course there was a prenuptial agreement. Why not teach the young maplers how it works.
And PvP for fighting over the stuff.
