Seems like a waste of time to me considering that Legends will bring several rings that trump it.
I mean, do you feel it's worth the time to get to 70 on a character you won't ever use again just to get a slight boost for about two months?

Personally, I'm looking forward to logging in for eight days on all of my characters. Yay! for easy Enhancing.
Trying to figure out why Nexon put the best prize in the middle.
Or, you know, made the events overlap.
You can just login the 12th to the 18th and get full benefits while simultaneously using those fashion drops to change your look.

So, I guess I'll be playing on the 12th.
