Your old build was bad? Even though it essentially carried us?
What's your new build? If I had to guess, it would have Mercury Treads, Trinity Force, Frozen Heart, Banshee's, and perhaps Atmogs or Atmallet? (plus cd runes and masteries to get a close to 40% cd)?
