tl;dr - If you have lower CS than the enemy you're going against ---> that person will outdamage you over time ---> you will fall behind and that person might get a few kills off you ---> you could lose your lane ---> worse case scenario, that person will be doing fabulous and you can't do anything to stop him/her.
At this point TheBlackMage talking any sense to you is just beating a dead horse. Its already established that you're bad (and I hate using this term unless I have a very good reason to, simply because I'm a nice guy and I'd rather not act like a total d'ickhead) simply because you say things that contradict each other or simply doesn't make any sense. Ever wonder why you're at 800 ELO, as I remember you saying? You deserve to stay there because of all the flaws you showed to us in your posts.
Keep being hardheaded and I won't be playing with you anytime soon if you don't change your mindset. I'm not being mean. I'm simply giving you the raw reality of what's going on.
