This was true since BB. But post-Ascension, is it the case that regular FA does not trigger with Strafe, while AFA does? o_o

If Strafe really doesn't trigger FA in 3rd Job, that just makes no sense to me and it makes my Sniper quite unhappy, considering Marksmen don't get AFA...
