It does not matter that they are not at the top tier the fact that most go to public schools and those schools are pineappleed up ever been to an inner city school my man. Until then shut the pineapple up. When the trend is like this all around the nation you bet your ass it's a problem.
You can start with housing markets after WWII seeing as public schools are mainly funded through income taxes. That's when it starts to become more apparent.
Affirmative actions does need to go though its like giving a guy with lung cancer cough syrup for his cough instead of curing the damn cancer. However blaming it because you didn't try hard enough is stupid. If your so worried about it apply to a historically black college and be on the receiving end I guess.
