Here is the rundown on the new Exp point methods, fresh off testing.
Part 1 - Party Exp ratio
Chars used - Lvl 130 Dark Knight, lvl 130 Bishop.
The party experience ratio appears to be 20:80 (That's 20% distributed according to how much damage you do and 80% shared amongst the party and given based on level.)
Tested with - lvl 127 Blue Dragon Turtle (2149 Exp)
Dark Knight did the killing.
Solo - 2149 Exp
Party - DK = 1289 Exp (60% of the total), Bish = 860 Exp (40% of the total) Since the two party members are both 130, they would split the party Exp evenly. Thus, the Bishop's 40% means that the attacker got 40% from the shared pool and 20% from the solo kill.
Party with HS - DK = 1934 Exp, Bish = 1289
(This means that with HS, you still get less than the total Exp you would if you were solo. However, your leeching party members get a lot more than before. Even if you count the party bonus of 10% here, the attacker gets less than if he worked solo.)
Part 2 - Exp loss due to level
I took the same lvl 130 DK and tested as many monsters under my level as possible to complete the following chart (only 2 or 3 values are assumed, the rest have hard numbers) -
Essentially, at 6 levels below you drop to 90%. It goes down 5% every 2 levels until 15 levels below. Then it is 5% per level with a minimum of 40%.
