New Facebook feature spies on users - even when they aren't logged in

I thought this was already known? o_o

Every application you put on Facebook essentially asks you to allow access to your profile and your information anyway, now they're just publicizing it.

I'm sure Google+ does the same thing, but a lot less low key.
