If they believe we need the help to enter.. they are greatly understimating us.

I... will just avoid the United States... never setting foot there.

That's just... wow. I feel so mad a country feels free to do that to my country.

EDIT: @Modular: Well, Mexico isn't as poor as you imagine. We got our upper class, middle class (of which I am part of).
What happens is that poor people who doesn't want / can study, go to the United States for jobs. I'm just.. sad.
I knew there was something wrong with the way people looked us, but not that way. I'm just to shocked about the way things really are over there. Makes me want to kill my own goverment for never doing anything against that kind of stuff.

Man, now I'm speechless.

African American and Latino's make up the majority of ghetto's, therefore by giving these scholarships, oppurtunities, and status quo, it is giving fair oppurtunity for all. The problem is everyone is hurting for money, colleges rates continue to go up, and everyone but whites really get some serious slack. The history behind it makes sense, but it's outdated and unapplicable now.

Also like to mention the reason Mexico in general is looked down so much, is the stuff like loose posts, where drug cartels run the cities. Not to mention majority of our crime on the west coast is latino related.
