Someone finally addresses the Skarnerssss issues for some depth.
I think he's legitimately a bit too strong. I would like it so that he can't just make a beeline for the carry, not give a shyt about everyone else team (lol CC reduction), and almost always guarantee that the carry dies.
The other tanks aren't as egregious as Singed are in this area.
