i meant the actual 16%, that's higher than i've ever seen before, unfortunately i realchemy'd it, however, i did get this interesting thing:

so somewhere potential got borked some (it doesn't add 60% m.def, got a SS of before and after.)

I mentioned this a few pages back, that potentials don't appear to be working, I was a bit wrong. Seeing this and from my own experience, I can double-confirm that they are improperly outputting values resulting in odd, usually non-obtainable potentials popping up. I think with your SS and my Epic 4% INT Blue Striped Shirt (level 10) I can confirm that +XX potentials are turning themselves into XX% potentials, only visually. Since this is the case in only some of the potentials, can anyone provide a case where % potentials are working as intended? Or can those with % potentials (particularly INT) in an earlier Tespia check if your %'s still work as %'s and not as +'s?
