This is honestly simple English.
"I've been training to be able to fight Aizen"
Why the pineapple do you train to fight a dude locked behind bars for 17 months and will continue to be locked behind bars for 20,000+ years? What if another said stronger entity comes along and has power completely different/opposite of Aizen shows up? "Oh, I've been training to fight illusions but your powers have nothing to do with that".
If he said "I've been training to be to be on Aizen's Level" sure you can't really get a clear conclusion Aizen has escaped, but saying to be able to fight him is implying he wants to fight a dude out of the picture but would make logical sense had entity escapes or is predicted to escape.
