People being hacked since the last Server Check.

In regards to your ticket, can I ask - was your ticket at first a "Work in Progress" then answered?

I wish I could quit Maplestory, but I keep getting the urges to play again and see the effects of Ascension... (despite the fact my class isn't getting buffed)

I openend 1 ticket first, immediately after i got hacked.
This Ticket is still open!!

some weeks later Nexon made an Announcement to open a Ticket for chagning the ID.
So i made a second ticket with the MTS-hacking subject. I reffered to the first ticket, that i just want an ID change when
i get my Items back and my money and my NX back, else i dont need an ID change because i will never come back in case i do not get my items back.

First the 2.Ticket was "work in Progress" after 2 weeks it was changed "closed by GM".
The "GM" did not even respond to the issues i have.

That was the answer to my second Ticket.

Well i just saw that my 1. ticket is now in "work in progress" too after 1.5 months or so.
