So hilarious though. I can't understand for the life of me what would cause him to raise his hand. I think the funniest part is that while Obama haters are going THIS IS SO DISRESPECTFUL the guy in the picture probably also thinks it's hilarious. It's not the only picture, btw; but it is the only one where he did this.
