You've clearly never played a half-decent Meta Knight then, lol. Where to begin...?
-Meta Knight has no disadvantageous matchups. At worst, he has a neutral MU with Pikachu, Diddy, and Falco.
-Low ending lag for... everything.
-All of MK's specials act as a recovery. He can also glide.
-Excellent planking and ledge game.
-Quick character
-Very good range and powerful attacks, with some moves like Tornado having transcendent priority. Also, that Shuttle Loop
-The bat is also a part time juggler at the circus :x
-The quick momentum cancelling in his Uair
-Tournament results are... a little sad. 20% of players make up the MK community and win 80% the winnings.
There's more but I can't recall them. At the very least, MK makes for an excellent grab-release-dash-attack-cancelled-up-smash victim for my Sheilda<3.
