I wish they'd speed up Rapid Fire since Hurricane has a lot more buffs to go with it: Advanced Mastery, Critical Shot, and Sharp Eyes. It's a little pathetic seeing a Captain hit 5k max with Rapid Fire while a Bowmaster hits over 10k at the same speed.

You mean how Bowmasters do 10k 55% of the time and 3k 45% of the time? Hurricane is a Bowmaster's main skill, it makes sense that it would end up doing more damage than a Captain's best un-transformed skill. Even so, you have to remember that Crits are not the only things Bowmasters can do.
