Help! How should I continue to HP wash before the removal of hpwashing?

By double washing you mean add to MP then remove out of MP? I don't have first hand experience but I'd say that is removed too since extra INT won't give you extra MP.
Adding INT now would work... if they actually give us a full AP reset.
