I'm an engineering co-op at a plant that makes drum brakes for commercial vehicle systems. The co-op program at my school rotates between school and work each semester so it keeps everything fresh for me. As a co-op I work with various engineering applications that range from, time studies, managing data in Excel, updating plant layouts in AutoCad, modeling a part in Alibre, and pretty much anything else people want me to do. The job pays extremely well and I love my job very much. It just sucks that I'm away from my friends for long amounts of time, but I think this experience will be worth it in the end.

The way I see it is, when I'm 50, I'll look like I'm in my early 40's, and that works for meDude, I get stopped at least once a week in my plant by operators asking about my age. They think I look 16, but in fact I'm 21. The look on their face is priceless.
