The PQ sucked ass because after you knew how to do it the challenge went away. They even made it easier by removing the need of the suit and then making the drop rate like 5 times higher. The PQ was buggy too, during the lights out stage it glitched out. Sometimes after you kill The Visitor everyone exploded and no one got to loot drops. Sometimes if you finished the Bomb stage RIGHT ON TIME, it'll still summon regardless. The PQ was bad and it shouldn't come back, it's that simple.
the glitching happened when there were 2 light stages one after the other, didn't really matter much, unless you meant another.
have ONE guy respawn while the other one stayed dead in the map, there, nothing lost.
the bomb stage simply required some time recognizing you had finished it, i wouldn't call that a glitch.
seriously, nothing game breaking or seriously borked in what you mentioned.
