There's something I don't understand. Physical attractiveness can be enjoyed from a distance just as well, so why bother? I can discuss just about anything with her, she's fun to be around, and not ugly, so that's all that matters.
If I want to fantasize, there are plenty of others that are better to fantasize about and I don't have to worry about them not knowing I exist.
