Didn't know that. Anyway, they may do another pq with him at the present, as someone else stated.
Or, then again, maybe not. I personally think the best idea would be to make a quest chain (only available to level 200s) that involves the Dark Magician. The only way to fight him will be an item that you get (preferably set-up as that's the slot that is used the least) from the quest. Or maybe Nexon can program it so you can only fight him if the quest is in the "In Progress" or "Completed" quest sections.
