Is it true that HP washing will be removed in upcoming updates to GMS?

The only thing I read, from someone here, was INT didn't give +MP anymore, but whether that's true or not...meh.

where did you read this I want to check it out.

I really hope they don't change it cause I really can't just suddenly spend over 1000 dollars to double wash all my points with all my student loans I need to pay off first.
