Actually, you stated before that anybody with a hacked equip is a hacker, thus having 40 stat CHTP which are only hacked by your logic makes you a hacker.

No, because he's not a dumbass. Even people that people KNOW are hackers won't admit to you that they hack unless you're a close friend of theirs.
