Seems they're a bit slow handing them out, but they are.
One of my mules that I checked before didn't have them, but now does.
I thought they needed the server check to actually give em out o.o and would have to do another to fix it for the people who didn't get it.

Guess I'll keep checking every now and then see if anything's changed and such.
