That and the unnecessary addition of togglability (thus making it another buff necessary upon dispel -_-). Why you seemed to think Infinity lasts 60 seconds but 40 seconds in the future is what puzzles me, unless you thought Infinity lasts 60 seconds on its own, now.
I think you are confusing me with the thread starter. I know Ifinity lasts as of now 40 seconds, and will last 40 seconds after Jump! Update.
Magic Mastery (Buff Mastery, whatever you wish to call it, we all know what it is) is a must have thanks to the passive 30 magic attack it gives. The togglability (Is this even a real word?) of the skill makes it like Teleport Mastery, and you can macro them. Dispel is a problem, but something that can be easily fixed by rebuffing.
Glacial chain IMO goes before infinity, as it is an attack that Arch Mages (Ice, Lighting) will be using often.
The recommended build I belive would be:
1 Chain Lighting 1 Blizzard 1 Glacial Chain ->Max Buff Mastery -> Max Chain Lighting ->Max Arcane Aim -> Max Glacial Chain -> Infinity or Elquiness (this 2 could be swaped for the other) ->Big Bang -> Max Blizzard
