IP banned? Good, restart the modem, there you are, a new set of ip.
Example: I get 218.xx.xx.xx this morning, restarted my modem, it's now 60.xx.xx.xx.
They do ban IPs, there's a big difference between dynamic and static ips.
My friend who uses Starhub got buttfucked badly for glitching. Starhub have an option of using static ip instead.
Btw, they manage to bring down the server by glitching Zak Quest.
