Oh god no. Take Kevvel's advice and put in a point of Blizzard early. It doesn't have to be at 70, but should be at 71 at least. Blizzard is a massive part of how you train for the rest of your career as a bowman. Depending on where you train, you might think about putting 6 puppet a little earlier, but it's up to you. I'd just play it by ear and see if you need it. You might want to ask the other Snipers/Marksmen their opinion on when to get how much Eagle/Puppet. I have no idea how much it helps you guys to be honest.

I found the mistakes in your points. At level 77 you only applied 1 point to Strafe and did nothing with the other two points. Also, at level 110, you added 3 points to Blizzard (11 to 14) even though it says you added 2.

I guess I'll get Blizzard at level 70 since it would better than Strafe 1. As for Eagle, I've heard 21 was good enough but I am not entirely sure.

I fixed the mistakes you pointed out but I think I am still off a few point, I'll fix them later.
