Also, we never bring just 12 people. We always bring excess in case someone crashes or dc's or something but it's tough enough to get everyone together, but if we spend all that time getting set up and into the cave and all, it would be devastating to miss drops because just 1 person dc'd. So that number is lower, also broken agg helps, as does crashing and threaten and co and all those goodies. So while your figure looks high, there're other things that make it far more obtainable.
