I don't know why Snipers always go Blizzard first; it seems like that would do nothing but slow down training since instead of a stronger attack you have a new attack that just wastes time. But I'm not a Sniper so that's really just a pet peeve.

Anyway, mostly it looks good. I would suggest getting AE to 21 before finishing off Strafe. You can put the 6 puppet after AE 11 or AE 21, your choice. But yeah, it's a solid build with a decent amount of Thrust to keep you satisfied.

Level 1 Blizzard is more to save potions. It's a very versatile skill, and can be used to stop monsters that are approaching, or even spammed in conjunction with Strafe or Iron Arrow when Puppet can't tank enough hits to protect you. It may lower your overall DPS, but it saves money, and it's only 1 skill point after all. I even used to spam Blizzard at Newties to allow my Wife to loot safely.

Recheck your math, that's only 148 points. You should be able to get level 9 Thrust.
