Actually Kog'Maw's R is an exception. It would be a pretty big mindfck if he was able to somehow use it to drive his enemies right into him or his teammates in the jungle. The majority of skillshots do not reveal you in any case.
I wonder if the same applies to Karthus' Q and Cass' Q...

Might explain why I could also see urgot through walls (I am aware his q doesnt proc on-hit, I mean his e)
Ive seen people hitting me over the walls to the base (between the stairs) and over the wall to the left of the 2nd bottom purple tower.
Edit: I may have been incorrect about skillshots, but I still answered the original question correctly (I hope)
