Was this some time ago or recently? If it was some time ago a possible explanation could be that the enemy team had a ward in the bush which was being teleported to but later cancelled revealing annivia while teemo was stealthed. I know this is a longshot but without a really detailed description of what happened or a replay or well me being somewhat more knowledgeable about the game, it's the best I can do. Also are you sure teemo was in auto attack range, seeing as it's range is shorter then annivia's (if memory serves correctly)?
Last question (for now): Was there a cv sign near?
