I don't know why Snipers always go Blizzard first; it seems like that would do nothing but slow down training since instead of a stronger attack you have a new attack that just wastes time. But I'm not a Sniper so that's really just a pet peeve.

Anyway, mostly it looks good. I would suggest getting AE to 21 before finishing off Strafe. You can put the 6 puppet after AE 11 or AE 21, your choice. But yeah, it's a solid build with a decent amount of Thrust to keep you satisfied.

I took you advice and applied it to my build and I must say that it looks much better when I consider common training spots and such. Thanks KaidaTan .
