For one they add more attack, at the chance that they work, and don't take away attack.

I must be missing something, but when did Chaos scrolls lose the ability to "Reduce Attack" upon success?

But what I think Byakugan was getting at is the one guy on SP who spent over 9bil just to get a 11atk shoulder, pre-hammer.

I guess depending on the price of Chaos scrolls, it can be a better deal to just Chaos to victory as opposed to using the Crusade scrolls.
