I did end up just using an Advanced Potential scroll since I decided to use my Maple Points to cube my glove.
Came out 3% Int, +6 Dex, 3% Dex which I find pretty remarkable. Would be nice if I could use either of those.
As for your assertion that it's "silly to cube an htp", not everyone has billions of mesos on-hand to afford a CHTP. I certainly don't. Seems you've become too far removed the average player.
Besides, as Dark Link and Corner (and I, in a related thread) said, the benefit of a CHTP over a regular HTP is miniscule.
The W.Atk is the only thing of consequence, but, using the money I might spend on a CHTP, I could get a bigger boost to my damage simply by buying/making a shield with attack on it while still having money left over.
Corner was quite right in saying that the HP is meaningless to me; there's not a boss I've faced/will face in the near future that can kill me.
