Uninstall whatever wireless manager came with your wireless card and let windows do it's thing.

Or try various other clients in the list.

If you get the same results from multiple software it's either a problem with your card, or with the networks you're trying to reach, but the more networks that experience the problem the more likely the problem is the card or something that's been configured on the card.
