I will not have mesos, as I will be making a fresh character in the server for the sake of trading for the pendant. I am interested in purchasing 3 or more pendants.
As of right now, they are indefinitely disabled. That means you could be investing a lot of NX in something you won't be able to use for an indeterminate amount of time.
Seriously, with Nexon's track record, it could be years before you can transfer those pendants.
By that time, they could easily have been replaced by better item for that slot.
