Event only items are fail. Not worth to cube anything nor buy it. Only thing good is you already have a cubed CHTP or have a MoN handy. If you don't then pointless to even buy it. So sad that all these new items are alway event only. I dont see how that make them more money. They be making bank if it was a perma item in the cash shop. If it is too OP to have as perma cash shop item then don't bother even implementing it.
