Just what the pineapple? All other classes have what? 30+ for main and second stat? Why do buccs get something this crazy? o_o""
If you have read the Arrow Of Speed and the rest of the JUMP patches, the mages, bowmen, warriors have all this new skill called "Physical Training", which adds 30 for main and secondary stat. Even classes like Cannon Shooters get this awfully good skill.
