People really need to stop assuming things are "GLITCHED".
The two limits for HT and CHT were put on to stop faders.
Of course, CHT's limit is a bit excessive... seeing as it will never drop anything.

This was shortly after the CHT fade era, where a certain few people abused it to hell.

This isn't a glitch, stop saying it is one.

Oh, never mind. I just assumed that since I never had any problem getting in, that it wasn't glitched.
And, there's a method to get drops, but you can only pull it off twice per week, not to mention, it's really hard to get 12 people to come.

Non-existent fake method is exactly that.
CHT is set not to drop anything, no matter the number of people present or the amount of time on the map.

If you purchased the "METHOD", you were badly scammed.
