To quite the contrary, I'm inclined to believe that any company's public PR doesn't get decided on by any one individual, much less likely Hime. It's not her fault to believe that what she's directed to say is what she should say, it is her fault for taking it for granted that those things are true and take her stance in the matter accordingly (yet, as we all know, inappropriately). When she expresses ideas on her own accord, this shows.

The difference between a conducted PR action and that of her own? It's the difference between making an official thread and maintaining that thread.

Unless, of course, she was strictly instructed to say only the things that would come off to everyone as absolute truth from the company, then there's not much to do there.
