So you're telling me that every top player who uses singed is bad, because they use Q in lane?

I've always rushed Cata -> RoA in every game I've played as Singed, it's more or less a staple item for him IMHO, same with Merc Treads.

I use poison in lane as Singed, but that depends on a lot of factors. If the person can't last hit at turret very well, then that's a reason to Q, along with the fact that Singed is pretty much ungankable once he has ult, movement speed quints, tier 2 boots and ghost. Oh and not to mention the psychological factor that Q has on the enemy, forcing them to miss last hits or take the poison damage.
