That's a plothole if he somehow does it.

He doesn't need to know the symbols to dispell the summoning, kabuto does, and if he can beat Kabuto in a fight, he can just go mind reading as several genjutsu users have done since shippuden began. I would think that it's more of a problem letting itachi run around on his own, other than Naruto and Killer Bee, now every single person from boths sides will be trying to kill him. Not the best start to any plan in my opinion.
