Godly Scrolled Items

I can imagine people whining about not being able to read the stats later. (Even though it's kind obvious what the main ones are, looking at the numbers.)
33 int / 3 luk / 241 MAtk(daaamn)
Think potential is: 30%boss / 4%allstat / 15% pdr ignore
What's the spirit weapon thing on it at the bottom give(when charged)? I never really paid attention to that part of that JMS patch(familiars or w/e came with it was more interesting to me).

It gives 1% Atk/Matk every 100 Orbs added, so at max it gives 10% atk/matk.
