How is this even possible?

The quests for the Lv 70 helms are ridiculous.

First you need to get the following

20 Black Crow Sabots
20 Bodyguard B Bullets (I AM NOT SHITTING MYSELF HERE)

Then, once thats done, you need to collect the following

1 Lv 60 zhelm
2 STR Crystals (Which means you need at least lv 5 mining)
50 Fairy Honey (RARE ASS DROP FROM EXTRA A...)
200 Gigantic Spirit Viking etc
2 10% Helm Def

At least this quest is repeatable..

For the lv 80 helm... You need FIVE of those Pouches from the Castellan.. FIVEEEEEEEEEE
