I recently had the opportunity to talk to a high level bowmen for a bit and I raised a question that went unanswered.
Which would do more damage, a +2 weapon attack bonus, or +20 dex?
This question was raise with, and without consideration to other gear mods. He held firm to the stance that the +2 weapon attack was worth more, and wouldn't offer any kind of explanation.
Any help would be appreciated using formulas would be extra nice.
