Naruto Thread (Spoilers For Sure)

Why would orochimaru have known he couldn't summon Minato? Orochimaru left before minato became hokage, Minato either invented the demon god seal or slightly less likely, learnt it from kushina, though that has never even been hinted at, and how would you ever know that you couldn't summon someone who had died because of the Demon god seal?

Your argument is that a jutsu that is forbidden, and only used by 2 people EVER (edo tenseiby oro and the second hokage) would have been common knowledge that he couldn't use it to summon a person that died due to being killed by the demon god sealing, which only 2 people have ever been said to have ever used, and The third hokage was still alive at that point. And then theres the blatant fact that before the third used Demon god sealing against him , the third made a point that he was going to use a technique that Orochimaru had NEVER HEARD OF.

There is no feasible way orochimaru could know he couldn't have summoned the 4th hokage before trying it.

I get what you are saying and yes, I read that page you posted, but I still have some doubts. Mainly the fact that the 3rd Hokage knew that the 4th had sealed his soul away and considering he (the 3rd) used the same Demon Soul Technique to seal the 1st and 2nd hokages away, I find it strange that the 3rd would have to make an attempt to stop the summoning of the 4th, when the 3rd already knew the 4th could not be summoned. I find more likely that it was someone else, judging by the 3rd's reaction.

Anyways, I think that person in the last page of the latest chapter is probably Konohamaru because if it was simply Naruto, the page wouldn't have been drawn in such a suspenseful way and nobody else that is alive besides the two of them knows the rasengan. Also Gaara's reaction kind of gives it away that it is probably someone he has seen before.
